Unit B is on the ground floor:
1 bedroom studio, full t/b with a kitchenette.

Unit C is on the 1st floor:
2 bedrooms 2 t/b, both bedrooms are en-suite and opens onto a balcony & patio with furniture for relaxing.

Unit D is on the 1st floor:
1 bedroom studio, full t/b with a kitchenette. Opens onto a furnished patio.

Any unit can be reserved independently or can be combined upon request, based on the size and structure of the group.

Pricing: (The main rule with the pricing is USD$100 per night per bedroom)  

Unit A two bedrooms: USD$200 per night

Unit C two bedrooms: USD$200 per night

Unit B studio: USD$100 per night

Unit D 1 bedroom: US$100 per night

Units A & B: USD$300 per night

Units C & D:  US$300 per night

The entire place 6 beds 6 t/b USD$600 per night.

Plus cleaning fees USD$60 per visit for the entire home 6 beds 6 t/bs. Individual units have a USD$40 cleaning fee.

Can accommodate large groups of up to 12 people comfortably.
